Intel is one of the world’s leading consumer computer brands, operating sales kiosks in dozens of countries across the globe.
Bowtie partnered with a long time Intel creative team to rethink and replace a complex and expensive process. We created the PC Finder central application to remotely provision, deploy, and update kiosks in hundreds of stores around the world. Real time monitoring and software updates allowed the company to save tremendously on in-store check ups and manual updates.
Initial launch of 200 locations was met with tremendous success so we were able to roll out the platform to sales centers in thousands of additional locations in and out of the United States.
